Many organizations promote employees into leadership roles without providing them with the necessary training and experience to effectively manage, supervise, and lead. After spending years working under a variety of leadership styles—many of which failed to enhance team efficiency or foster a healthy workplace—I became deeply invested in understanding the principles of effective leadership and organizational culture change.
My journey into leadership studies was driven by a specific focus on addressing employee turnover, particularly after working in environments where turnover rates were high and retention strategies were lacking. My research centered on understanding the root causes of turnover and turnover intention, as well as identifying sustainable solutions to improve workplace culture.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, I embraced the challenge of virtual leadership, navigating the complexities of leading remote teams without physical interaction. This experience further deepened my understanding of leadership dynamics in a rapidly evolving work environment.
In October 2024, I took a decisive step to give back to my community by offering leadership coaching to local leaders. Through this initiative, I aim to empower organizations with the tools and insights they need to cultivate effective leadership, enhance team performance, and build a positive, sustainable workplace culture.

His commitment to reviving healthy masculinity influences his approach to coaching, emphasizing integrity, responsibility, and servant leadership as the foundation for strong, effective leaders.
